Reading:

Please practise reading your book bag book 3 times this week.

Don't forget to record when you read in your reading record. If you read at least 3 times each week, you will receive a special stamp from your teacher.

Spelling:

Children have been learning spellings with the -er-/-est- spelling pattern.  Words include: happier, happiest, angrier, angriest, drier, driest, tidier, tidiest, funnier, funniest.

Rainbow writing: write each word in as many colours as you can.

Pyramid writing: write each word as a pyramid e.g.

We have practising  our 2x, 5x and 10x tables in class. Please help your child to log in and practise their times tables as often as they can.
