My Worry Tree
"A problem shared is a problem halved"
Everybody has worries, even your teachers. Sharing a problem or worry makes us feel better.
Your task is to draw a tree (make links to when we drew trees for our Calendars in school).
On each branch you can write a worry or problem that you are thinking about. Share these worries with a grown up or your teacher and they will help you to feel better.
Your tree may have 10 branches or it may only have one. It doesn't matter how many worries or problems you have, they are all equally important and must be shared to feel better.
